Abstract
Hipotensi intradialisis dapat terjadi pada pasien yang menjalani hemodialisis, umumnya dipicu oleh ultrafiltrasi yang tinggi, akibat kenaikan berat badan diantara waktu hemodialisis yang belebihan. Pengeluaran cairan secara cepat melalui proses ultrafilltrasi menyebabkan berkurangnya volume sirkulasi relatif. Jika tubuh tidak mampu berespon secara adekuat terhadap penurunan volume sirkulasi saat hemodialisis maka akan terjadi hipotensi intradialisis. Desain penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan retrospektif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan pendekatan purposive sampling dengan kriteria inklusi yaitu, pasien dengan frekuensi HD 2x seminggu dan lama HD 5 jam . Seluruh data bersumber dari catatan medik pasien. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Juni dan Juli 2018, terhadap 75 responden. Data tekanan darah selama pelaksanaan hemodialisis dikumpulkan selama1 bulan (8 kali tindakan HD). Hipotensi intradialisis ditentukan berdasarkan tekanan darah responden sepanjang sesi dialisis (5 jam HD). Responden dinyatakan hipotensi intradialisis bila tekanan darah sistolik <100 mmHg. Hasil penelitian didapat gambaran 16 % responden mengalami hipotensi intradialisis, dan frekuensi kejadian hipotensi Intradialisis sebesar 4.83% dari seluruh tindakan hemodialisis.
